Located on a gently sloping ten-acre island parcel, this house was designed as a weekend home for the near term, and to become the client's primary residence in the future. The design is organized around a central three-story tower, which functions as the main entry at the lowest level and as a view loft at the highest level. The main living spaces are contained within one attached wing, with guest areas positioned within the secondary wing. The house and landscaping are currently under construction.
