NORTH EVERETT RESIDENCE
This renovation and addition consisted of a new family room and master
bedroom suite addition on the rear of the existing house and a new covered
entry porch located on the front. The clients desired an improved exterior
aesthetic that was more in character with the historic neighborhood.
Consequently, the existing vinyl siding was removed and new siding and trim
was installed on the entire house and all of the existing windows and
exterior doors were replaced. Future phases of the project include a kitchen
remodel and expansion of the existing detached garage located adjacent to
the rear alley.
