BREZZA CONDOMINIUM
This seventy-five unit condominium project is located on a south facing
hillside overlooking Kirkland's central business district and Lake
Washington beyond. The dwelling units are located in two wings comprised of
five stories each, with two levels of underground parking and central
community spaces, all organized around a central outdoor couryard. The
courtyard provides access to the main lobby as well as outdoor living. The
design concept was to be reminiscent of Italian hill town architecture;
consequently, the project steps with the varied topography and explores a
variety of materials, colors and textures within the architecture and
landscaping.
