Located on a south facing hillside and overlooking Kirkland's central business district and Lake Washington beyond, this project consists of 75 dwelling units in two wings of five and six stories, organized around a central courtyard. Reminiscent of Italian hill town architecture, the project steps with the grade and explores a variety of materials, colors and textures.
